Role Description The TikTok Ads Expert is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns that promote Your Script Produced! and its community of artists. In this role, the professional will design ad concepts, develop targeting strategies, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and monitoring TikTok ad campaigns, testing creatives and audiences, refining bidding strategies, and preparing performance reports with actionable recommendations. The TikTok Ads Expert will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ad content with brand messaging and campaign goals, while continuously staying informed about TikTok trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, and budget management.
• Proficiency in performance analysis, using analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on results.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and storytelling tailored to TikTok.
• Experience in social media advertising and digital marketing, particularly in entertainment, media, or creator-focused brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Awareness of global audiences and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory, and culturally sensitive advertising practices.
• Previous experience in paid social roles and familiarity with other platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Snapchat) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
