About Ridima
Ridima is a mobile-first fintech platform offering gift card trading, crypto-to-cash conversion, bill payments, e-commerce gadget sales, and Proof of Joy (POJ), a social rewards feature. We're a fast-moving team and quality is core to how we build trust with users handling real money.
Role Summary
We need someone to take full ownership of our Tik-Tok and actually make it good, not corporate-good lol, TikTok-good.
What you will actually be doing
- Running Ridima's Tik-Tok like it's your own - full creative control over what we post and when
- Filming and editing videos: trend content, skits, promo stuff, the whole vibe
- Covering our events, partner activations and the chaotic behind-the-scenes office energy
- Living inside the app so you always know what's trending before your friends do, and figuring out how to make it Ridima vibe-coded
- Keeping a content calendar because "vibes only" doesn't scale
- Replying to comments and DMs, starting conversations, being the reason people stick around
- Sending us a report every 2 weeks on what's working (views, follows, engagement - the receipts)
- Finding creators and influencers who would actually be a good fit to work with us, not just anyone with a blue check
- Working with our marketing team so everything stays on brand (we still have some rules, sorry)
- Actually listening to what the comments section is saying, sometimes the algorithm knows what our customers want before we do
- Anything else that comes up, because that's just how it goes sometimes
Who we're looking for
- Someone who's chronically online (in a productive way)
- Comfortable being on camera, behind camera.
- Not precious about ideas - half of what you post won't hit, and that's fine
- Genuinely funny or at least funny enough to know what funny looks like
- Bonus points if you've grown a TikTok account before (yours or someone else's)
