TikTok Automation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a TikTok Automation Specialist to manage and grow monetized TikTok accounts targeting UK and US audiences. The ideal candidate should have experience in content research, video editing, content scheduling, and account growth strategies while ensuring compliance with TikTok monetization policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trending and viral content within assigned niches.
• Create, edit, and publish TikTok videos consistently.
• Manage multiple monetized TikTok accounts.
• Optimize content for views, engagement, and follower growth.
• Use automation and scheduling tools to streamline content management.
• Monitor account analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure all content complies with TikTok community and monetization guidelines.
• Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing 2–3 TikTok accounts with a successful track record of generating revenue, preferably through monetized UK or US-based accounts.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and growth strategies.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Canva, or similar software.
• Ability to identify viral content opportunities and replicate successful content formats.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with faceless content and TikTok automation models.
• Familiarity with AI content creation and scheduling tools.
• Track record of growing and scaling TikTok accounts successfully.
