Role Overview

We're looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic TikTok Shop Affiliate & Marketing Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and growth of Bettervits UK.

This role will focus on creator outreach, affiliate management, sample coordination, content tracking, community engagement and TikTok Shop administration.

Working closely with our Head of TikTok Shop UK, you'll help grow our creator network, build strong affiliate relationships and support exciting campaigns for Bettervits.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and invite new creators through TikTok Shop affiliate tools.

- Review and approve daily sample requests and affiliate applications.

- Manage daily creator communications, answering questions about products, samples, commissions and promotions.

- Follow up with creators to encourage content creation and repeat posting.

- Build relationships with active affiliates and re-engage inactive creators.

- Monitor affiliate content, track video output and identify high-performing creators.

- Support our private creator communities, sharing updates, briefs and promotional opportunities.

- Assist with TikTok Shop campaigns, creator competitions and new product launches.

- Support day-to-day shop administration, customer engagement and reporting.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media or administrative support preferred.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and written communication.

- Good understanding of TikTok and social media trends.

- Proactive, personable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

- Genuine interest in influencer marketing, e-commerce and content creation.

Preferred but Not Required

- Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center or Affiliate Center.

- Familiarity with creator management tools such as Reacher or EUKA.

- Experience managing creator communities through WhatsApp or Discord.
