TikTok Shop Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and client-facing TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day management of TikTok Shop accounts.

This role combines hands-on shop operations, customer service, creator communication, and client account support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating professionally with clients, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, order questions, refund requests, and customer service issues.
• Creator Communication: Manage affiliate creator messages, collaboration requests, product samples, and creator follow-ups.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Set up and manage TikTok Shop promotions, discounts, coupons, flash sales, and campaign participation.
• Product Listings: Assist with product uploads, listing updates, inventory checks, and product information accuracy.
• Affiliate Management: Support affiliate invitations, sample approvals, creator outreach, and ongoing creator relationships.
• Shop Operations: Monitor shop notifications, account health, fulfillment issues, and operational updates.
• Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients via email, messaging platforms, and calls to provide updates, answer questions, and coordinate operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to represent the agency professionally.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Agency or account management experience is a plus.
