Bilgi Academy is an educational initiative under Edutolia Education, providing language and test preparation programs to support students in achieving their academic goals and pursuing international education opportunities.

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable TOEFL iBT Tutor to join our team and help students prepare for the TOEFL iBT examination through structured lessons, effective learning strategies, and continuous assessment.

• Conduct TOEFL iBT preparation classes covering all four skills: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
• Develop structured lesson plans, teaching materials, exercises, and homework.
• Create TOEFL iBT questions and assessment materials collaboratively with other tutors.
• Design and administer initial placement tests to assess students' English proficiency and identify their learning needs.
• Teach effective test-taking strategies, time management, and approaches to different question types.
• Conduct practice tests and mock tests to evaluate students' progress.
• Provide individual feedback and recommendations to help students improve their performance.
• Monitor student progress and maintain attendance and teaching session reports.
• Coordinate with the Bilgi Academy team regarding curriculum development, class schedules, and student evaluations.

• Bachelor's degree in English Education, English Literature, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (current university students with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply).
• Strong English proficiency and a good understanding of the TOEFL iBT examination format.
• Previous TOEFL iBT test experience is preferred.
• Previous teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with TOEFL iBT preparation materials and assessment methods.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Responsible, well-organized, and committed to student learning progress.
• Able to prepare teaching materials and work collaboratively with a team.
• Willing to conduct offline teaching sessions at Edutolia's office in BSD when required.

• TOEFL iBT score of 80 or above is preferred.
• Experience preparing students for international English proficiency examinations.
• Strong understanding of TOEFL iBT scoring criteria, particularly for Speaking and Writing.
