Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you'll help design, administer, and communicate the compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that attract and retain our people. You'll combine analytical work, such as market pricing, data analysis, and program audits, with hands-on employee support, so that our rewards are competitive, equitable, compliant, and sustainable. You’ll also use data and business insights to identify opportunities, challenge existing practices, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of our Total Rewards approach.

What You’ll Do:

Safety – Americas Region

  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking responsibility, and following established procedures and policies.

Compensation

  • Partner with the Global Total Rewards team to conduct job evaluations and market pricing using salary survey data
  • Own the annual salary review, bonus, and merit cycles, including modeling, data prep, and manager guidance
  • Maintain job architectures and salary structures
  • Review offers and internal equity to keep pay decisions consistent
  • Support pay equity analyses and pay transparency compliance
  • Use market, internal equity, and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations that support competitive and financially sustainable pay decisions.

Benefits

  • Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs
  • Support annual open enrollment, including open enrollment meetings, communications, and partnering with payroll to ensure rates are updated and accurate in applicable systems.
  • Resolve employee benefits questions and escalate complex issues to broker and carriers
  • Partner with Employee Health and Safety to manage worker’s compensation claims
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and applicable state and local requirements

Programs & Communications

  • Administer wellness, leave, recognition, and other total rewards programs
  • Create clear employee-facing materials that explain the full value of our rewards, such as total compensation statements, guides, and FAQs
  • Analyze participation, cost, market competitiveness, and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Operations & Data

  • Partner with HR Analyst to audit HRIS and payroll data for accuracy and support system configuration and testing
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders on cross-functional projects
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitalize Total Rewards processes, improving efficiency and the employee experience across countries.
  • Contribute to regional and global Total Rewards transformation initiatives, bringing local market and business insights into the design of future programs and practices.

What You’ll Bring:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, and formula-based modeling)
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment and benefits regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex topics simply
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and business mindset, with the ability to translate compensation, benefits, market, and cost data into practical recommendations.

Preferred

  • Experience with an HRIS
  • Familiarity with compensation survey tools and pay equity methodologies
  • Experience with equity or incentive compensation programs
  • Certification such as CCP, CEBS, or SHRM-CP/PHR
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Physical Considerations:

  • Ability to work in a general office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed
  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs (luggage)

Travel Considerations:

  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%.

What You’ll Receive for the Value You Bring:

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 annually to $90,000 annually. This position is designated as bonus-eligible, subject to plan terms and conditions. Actual pay is based on several factors including market location and position-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
