Trade & Exhibition Manager

Role Description The Trade & Exhibition Manager role at BSD Ingeniería y Servicios is a part-time, hybrid position based in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, including coordinating booth design, logistics, and vendor relationships. The Trade & Exhibition Manager will liaise with internal teams to define event objectives, prepare promotional materials, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with overall business and marketing strategies. Day-to-day activities include scheduling and tracking event timelines, negotiating with venues and suppliers, overseeing on-site setup and breakdown, and monitoring event performance metrics. The role also requires maintaining post-event records, preparing reports, and recommending improvements for future exhibitions.
Qualifications

• Experience in trade show and exhibition management, including planning, coordination, and on-site supervision of events.
• Skills in logistics and vendor management, with the ability to handle contracts, negotiations, and coordination with venues, suppliers, and service providers.
• Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking deliverables to meet event timelines and objectives.
• Competence in marketing and promotional activities related to events, such as preparing materials, coordinating campaigns, and supporting brand visibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, and representing the company at events.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration software; familiarity with event management tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing event requirements.
• Relevant experience in engineering, industrial services, or related sectors is preferred; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a similar field is beneficial.
