Job Summary

The Global Trade, Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor oversees international and local trade, supply chain, and logistics operations, ensuring efficient, timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods from origin to final destination.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and local shipments across sea and road
  
• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of trade documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, Certificates of Origin, HS codes, and trade-finance documents.
  
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations, sanctions, and import/export controls.
  
• Monitor shipment schedules, transit times, delivery performance, and resolve delays, damages, and other logistics disruptions.
  
• Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners.
  
• Monitor logistics costs, validate charges, control budget variances, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
  
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Legal, Quality Control, and other relevant functions.
  
• Prepare operational, compliance, and cost reports while supporting audits, risk assessments, and process improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years experience in international logistics, global trade, or supply chain operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs procedures, Incoterms®, freight operations, and trade documentation.
  
• Strong analytical, cost-control, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/logistics systems.
