The Client – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Working within Private Equity and Hedge Funds
• Offices in London, Dubai and New York
• Works the UK and US markets
• WFH 1-2 days a week after probation
• £28k base salary with an increase to £32k once promoted
• OTE £50k Year 1
• Offers great training, with an academy style training as well as hands on
• Work drinks on a Thursday with the team
• Late start Fridays
• 28 days paid holiday + birthdays + bank holidays
• Opportunity to move to Dubai once a Senior Consultant

• Bring out your extroverted self by doing your own business development and finding your own clients and candidates to work with
• You’ll have to headhunt, cold call and sell your expertise on the market
• Be organized and proactive so that you can organize interviews and take control of the process
• Sell your candidate and get them that job offer!
