Training Coordinator

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor technical and production training programs.
• Support and align the work of trainers operating across shifts.
• Develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, and training documentation.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and monitor their integration.
• Manage competency and qualification matrices, and coordinate employee certifications and re-certifications.
• Measure training effectiveness and develop improvement recommendations.
• Ensure training compliance for audits, track and report KPIs, and maintain training-related performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent higher education qualification)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or training environment
• Project management experience is considered an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• English on communication level
