Transformation Programme Manager – Procurement & Supply Chain
Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + Benefits
Location: Remote / Home-Based – UK
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Travel: Occasional Travel – Fully Expensed
I'm working with a major global organisation embarking on an ambitious, three-year Procurement & Supply Management transformation programme, representing a significant investment in reshaping how procurement operates across the business.
This is a major, business-wide transformation involving operating model redesign, procurement technology, shared services, process optimisation and large-scale organisational change.
We are looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this programme forward, working closely with senior leadership and multiple international stakeholders.
The Role:
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream Procurement & Supply Management transformation programme.
- Drive significant business change across operating models, processes, technology and shared services.
- Oversee complex programme roadmaps, governance, budgets, milestones and interdependencies.
- Support major ERP and procurement technology transformation, including Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership, global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery.
- Lead business readiness, change management, implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering major, complex transformation programmes within large, global organisations.
- Strong background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay transformation.
- Experience in operating model redesign, shared services or GBS transformation.
- Excellent programme management, governance and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple transformation workstreams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or Ariba would be advantageous.
This is an opportunity to be part of a high-profile, three-year transformation programme within a major global organisation, with significant exposure to senior leadership and the chance to make a genuine impact on how procurement operates.
Although initially offered as a 12-month FTC, the role sits within a much wider three-year transformation journey, offering exposure to a substantial, long-term change programme.
