Surprise Tourism LLC – Dubai, UAE is expanding its international team and looking for an experienced, motivated, and sales-oriented Travel Consultant to work remotely from Egypt.

✈️ ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who understands the travel industry, enjoys speaking with customers, and has the ability to turn travel enquiries into confirmed bookings. (B2B & B2C)

You will work closely with our Dubai team to handle international travel enquiries, prepare customized packages, follow up with clients, and coordinate bookings.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle travel enquiries from international clients and partners

• Prepare customized quotations, itineraries, and holiday packages

• Sell tours, hotels, transfers, activities, and destination packages

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Coordinate with suppliers and the Dubai operations team

• Maintain accurate customer and booking records

• Provide excellent customer service before and after booking

• Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners and clients

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in travel agency, DMC, tour operator, or tourism sales

• Strong knowledge of international travel destinations

• Previous experience in sales and lead conversion is preferred

• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer-service skills

• Experience with travel booking platforms/CRM systems is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup

• Candidates based in Cairo or Alexandria are preferred
