Travel Designer - Full Time

Full-time | Remote (South Florida, USA Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for curating ultra-luxury travel experiences for our members, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision. This role focuses on designing exceptional travel itineraries that deliver unique, bespoke experiences while managing all logistical aspects of luxury travel.

Responsibilities

• Design one-of-a-kind, ultra-luxury travel experiences tailored to the unique preferences of our members.

• Plan and oversee all travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, dining, and ground transportation.

• Collaborate with local partners, destination management companies (DMCs), and high-profile stakeholders to secure exclusive travel opportunities.

• Manage relationships with DMCs and vendors to ensure smooth execution of all travel plans.

• Liaise with private aviation operators to coordinate flight schedules, handle contracts, and ensure seamless ground and air operations.

• Handle all bookings including hotels, transportation, and excursions, ensuring every aspect is expertly organized.

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering ongoing support to members throughout their journey.

• Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the travel design process.

• Maintain budget oversight while ensuring the highest quality experiences for our members.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing and managing luxury travel experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, operations, or a related field.

• Deep understanding of the luxury travel market, including the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work with exclusive clientele.

• Proficient in managing complex travel logistics and itineraries.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with flexibility around time zones and schedules.

Desirable Capabilities

• Experience designing and managing luxury group travel experiences (private jet/multi-destination preferred).

• Established relationships with vendors & service providers in the luxury travel industry “contact black book”.

• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively.

• Experience with private aviation logistics is a plus.

• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Ability to recruit build the travel design team.

• Familiarity with international customs and protocols.

• Located in South Florida Preferred (or willing to relocate).
