We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel & Event Manager to coordinate and manage all aspects of business travel and events for our employees. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as handling visa processing. Additionally, this role involves liaising with exhibition organizers and managing client gift arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage international business trips for company employees.
- Book airline tickets, train tickets, hotels, car rentals, and transfers.
- Secure visas, travel insurance, and prepare all necessary travel documentation.
- Manage travel budgets and maintain accurate records of travel expenses.
- Communicate effectively with airlines, hotels, visa centers and other service providers.
- Coordinate with exhibition and event organizers to ensure smooth participation logistics.
- Organize and oversee the selection, purchase, and delivery of client gifts.
- Maintain internal databases and records related to business travel and associated costs.
- Prepare reports on travel activities, expenses, and effectiveness.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel management or organizing corporate business trips.
- Strong knowledge of booking procedures for flights, hotels, visas, and insurance.
- Experience coordinating with event organizers and partners.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken).
- Ability to handle budgets, expense reports, and travel documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient with online booking platforms.
- Experience managing client gift programs is a plus.
