• Provide multilingual communication and translation support throughout the intake and signing process.

• Maintain accurate lead information, intake notes, follow-up activities, and case statuses in the firm's CRM systems.

• Follow established intake procedures, scripts, and sales processes while adapting conversations to each prospective client's needs.

• Manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

• Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members regarding lead progress, performance, and concerns.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to communicate professionally in three languages, with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills.

• Prior hands-on sales and closing experience, including lead conversion, objection handling, and securing customer sign-ups or closed deals.

• Strong sales skills, including direct selling, persuasion, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Experience with inbound or outbound sales, lead qualification, and customer follow-up.

• Excellent customer service, active listening, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Comfortable handling high volumes of outbound calls, text messages, and emails.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, accurate data entry, and lead tracking.

• Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and consistently meet performance targets.

• Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Reliable, adaptable, proactive, and receptive to feedback.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in personal injury intake or supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.

• Experience securing signed client agreements or converting legal inquiries into retained clients.

• Familiarity with legal intake or case management systems such as Filevine or Lead Docket.

Performance Expectations

This role is part of a performance-driven intake team. Success will be measured by lead engagement, conversion results, consistent productivity, and reliable communication.

• Minimum goal of 30 signed cases per month.

• Consistent achievement of assigned outbound outreach and productivity goals.

• Accurate CRM documentation and timely lead follow-up.

• Clear and proactive communication with supervisors and team members.

Schedule and Benefits
