About the company: RMGS is a performance marketing company dedicated to helping Real Money Gaming brands grow through ROI-positive UA. This is not a typical marketing agency where you will build decks, do reporting most of your time and change bids and budgets and call it a day. It's a competitive environment, where we expect everyone to bring something unique to the table.

How you fit in: You’ll be joining a small & agile team. You are expected to do 1 or 2 things better than the existing team members. This is not a typical 9-5 job. Neither the expectations nor the rewards & compensation for this role are conventional. Excellent knowledge of mobile app UA. Not the kind where you know all the DSP names and have been to all the industry events in the space but rather the kind where you understand the logic behind a mobile app ad auction and have a sophisticated understanding of how ad exchanges work, DSP, SSPs etc.

Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to optimize UA campaigns in real time and your time will be compensated. We expect our next UA Manager to be better than us in at least 1 paid social media channel. Your success will be measured by the cost per conversion your campaign brings in and the methodology you choose to follow.

At RMGS we are building the 2.0 agency model where automation is the foundation and people shape the key skill set required to run automations and make it better in the team. For the first few months, this role will be:

• 40% deploying/training/mentoring AI agents

• 40% campaign & creative optimization side by side with the agents

• 20% Building processes where you gradually train AI agents and refine strategic roles (including yourself) in the team to compliment the existing automations

You will be strictly required NOT TO perform any repetitive task and pioneer the automation process.

About you:

• You are in the top 1% intellectual curiosity mindset: preferably who is also in the top 1% bucket of learning fast and effectively

• Min 3 years of experience in managing paid social mobile app campaigns in a competitive sector

• Excellent understanding of mobile app MarTech

• You should have experience in using AI agents to automate something

• You’re an excellent problem solver: the kind only bringing up problems for those that you also have a proposed solution for

• You’re creative. It’s harder than ever to get someone’s attention, so you should be pretty creative when it comes to how we generate new business.

• You’re analytical. Our clients are busy CEOs and heads of marketing. You should be insightful and clear, without being annoying. Bonus points if your most favorite question in life has always been “why?” and “but how does it work?”.

• You’re well-organized. At RMGS, we are building a massively complex operation behind the scenes to deliver results to our clients. You should be able to lead by example

More about the role:

• You can work from anywhere in the world

• Must work at least 5+ hours/day in the Pacific Time Zone. I’m based in California, and many of our clients will be CA or NY based.

• You will be on external calls with prospects and clients and you are expected to articulate the most complex UA problems in the simplest manner possible

• I’m pretty flexible on comp structure, but depending on your location, this role comes with a very generous package + commission

• The commission is uncapped and tied to performance, and I’ll do everything within my power to remove roadblocks from making money.
