Job Description:

3M Health Care is now Solventum

At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives. As a new company with a long legacy of creating breakthrough solutions for our customers’ toughest challenges, we pioneer game-changing innovations at the intersection of health, material and data science that change patients' lives for the better while enabling healthcare professionals to perform at their best. Because people, and their wellbeing, are at the heart of every scientific advancement we pursue.

We partner closely with the brightest minds in healthcare to ensure that every solution we create melds the latest technology with compassion and empathy. Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

  • Coordinate UAT and regression testing for data feeds, dashboards, workflow applications and approved AI-assisted tools.
  • Translate approved acceptance criteria into practical business scenarios, exception cases and source-to-report validation checks.
  • Execute daily, weekly and monthly reporting schedules while verifying source readiness, data loads, refresh status, report availability and distribution controls.
  • Reconcile record counts, financial totals and agreed business outcomes across source systems, governed data models and reports.
  • Support platform and reporting transitions, including Snowflake to Microsoft Fabric and Tableau to Power BI, Streamlit or agentic-reporting solutions.
  • Record defects, retest fixes and compile clear UAT, reconciliation and release-readiness evidence for business and release owners.
  • Monitor scheduled data processes and perform authorized reruns, restarts, relinking and documented recovery procedures.
  • Triage incidents and service requests, resolve routine issues within approved runbooks and escalate platform or production issues to the appropriate owner.
  • Maintain test cases, runbooks, control checklists, operating calendars, handoff records and service-performance metrics.
  • Use approved AI-assisted and automation tools to improve testing, validation and operational support while ensuring human review and controlled release.
  • Support users through service communications, practical training, usability feedback and exception-handling guidance.

Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications):

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating user acceptance testing or regression testing for data, reporting or workflow solutions.
  • Experience executing recurring operational or reporting services against fixed production schedules and documented procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL-based data reconciliation, including the ability to compare counts, totals and business outcomes across sources and reports.
  • Experience documenting acceptance criteria, test scenarios, test results, defects, retesting evidence and unresolved exceptions.
  • Ability to distinguish between source-data, data-layer and report-behaviour issues and clearly explain their business impact.
  • Ability to follow controlled runbooks, perform authorized first-line recovery and escalate issues when documented procedures do not resolve them.
  • Experience validating real-world business scenarios, edge cases and exception conditions.
  • Ability to validate automated or AI-assisted outputs through human review and documented testing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with business users, onshore leads and technical teams.
  • Ability to communicate service disruptions, incident status, recovery expectations and operational handoffs clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline and the ability to meet recurring service deadlines

Additional qualifications (Nice to have):

  • Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, billing, claims, unbilled reconciliation, adherence reporting or workforce scorecards.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience validating reports or dashboards developed in Power BI, Tableau or Streamlit.
  • Familiarity with Business Objects, Microsoft Access, Power Automate and virtual desktop environments.
  • Experience supporting scheduled data loads, dashboard refreshes, report distribution processes or KTLO operations.
  • Experience with test automation, automated reconciliation or operational monitoring.
  • Familiarity with GitHub or another source-control platform.
  • Experience using approved AI-assisted tools or agentic-reporting solutions within controlled business processes.
  • Experience supporting platform migrations or comparing legacy and replacement reporting behaviour.
  • Familiarity with release-readiness documentation, operational controls, incident management and service metrics.
  • Experience preparing user guidance, training materials or adoption support for reporting and workflow tools.
