UI/UX Designer

Techne is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our enthusiastic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences across our applications. What You’ll Do Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas. Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with developers to implement and test designs, ensuring high-quality execution. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and mobile design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision . Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with developers. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Bonus: Familiarity with animations and motion design. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
