UI/UX Designer

Job Description This is a remote position. Design and improve the user interface of our website based on usability, user experience principles, and business needs. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Test and iterate on UI and UX designs based on user feedback and analytics data. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a senior creative/design role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant tools. Strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and branding. Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
