Objective for the Role We are building next-generation Generative AI products that deliver actionable data insights at enterprise scale. Our UI/UX Engineering team bridges design and engineering to deliver intuitive, performant, and explainable experiences for AI-powered products. The team works closely with AI, data, and platform engineers to turn complex AI capabilities into usable and trusted user experiences. The UI/UX Engineer is responsible for implementing high-quality, user-centric interfaces for AI-driven data insight products. This role focuses on translating design intent into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions. Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid; 3 days onsite/2 days remote) What You’ll Do: Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered applications. Translate design mockups, prototypes, and user flows into production-quality code. Build reusable UI components and design system elements. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance standards are met. Develop and maintain scalable UI components and front-end architecture. Work with designers to ensure accurate implementation of UX intent. Optimize UI performance for data- and AI-intensive workflows. Ensure consistent user experience across products and platforms. Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based UI development. Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and backend services. Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with data visualization or analytics-driven interfaces is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6–9 years of experience in UI/UX engineering or front-end development. Experience building enterprise-grade web applications. Exposure to AI-powered or data-intensive products is a strong plus.
