Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager located in Cebu, Dumaguete, Tagbilaran, Bacolod and Iloilo with the flexibility to work from home. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will also be involved in strategic planning, business development, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in sales and management
• Proven track record of excellence
• Extremely Ambitious and Entrepreneurial
• Willing to learn
• Team Player
• Can be trusted to handle finances
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus.
