- Commercial Account Management: Lead a portfolio of e-commerce partners, build trusted customer relationships, and create account-specific forecasts, sales objectives, merchandising plans, and portfolio strategies.
- P&L Ownership: Manage account profitability and deliver annual sales and trade-investment goals through disciplined planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Demand Generation: Drive consumer sell-out through content, promotions, advertising, digital merchandising, pricing, media, and other e-commerce levers.
- Performance and Insights: Use customer, shopper, and performance data to identify opportunities, improve the path to purchase, and turn insights into clear commercial actions.
- Operational Execution: Coordinate forecasts, product availability, investment, and account requirements to support consistent execution and maximize online performance.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with the U.S. e-commerce team and wider business to align first-party and third-party priorities, share best practices, and represent customer and shopper needs in business planning.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- You bring at least five years of B2C e-commerce and key account management experience, including work with direct-to-consumer customers, third-party marketplaces, or multichannel retailers.
- You have experience with P&L management, forecasting, business planning, digital marketing, online merchandising, and analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI. Familiarity with Seller Central, Vendor Central, CommerceIQ, Salsify, Skai, or comparable e-commerce platforms is valuable.
- You are commercially curious, analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. You communicate and negotiate effectively, build productive customer relationships, adapt quickly, and influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
- You are able to travel up to 15% to support strategically important customer relationships.
