US Healthcare Headhunter (Full-Cycle Recruiter)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (US)

Compensation: ₱73,000– ₱97,000 per month ($7-$10 per hour)

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing, venture-backed healthcare technology company is looking for a US Healthcare Headhunter to join its Physician Growth team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in startup environments, enjoys proactive sourcing and headhunting, and takes ownership of building high-quality talent pipelines.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. Success requires someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and driven to continuously improve recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians across North America, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build high-quality outbound talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and refine sourcing strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
• Continuously optimize recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
• Deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

• 1-6 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• 1+ years of experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
• 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare-related industry
• 2+ years of headhunting American candidates
• Proven experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting candidates based in the United States and/or Canada.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Comfortable communicating with senior healthcare professionals.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Results-oriented with experience meeting recruitment KPIs and performance goals.
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Physician recruitment or healthcare staffing experience.
• Experience within telehealth or digital health organizations.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and optimizing sourcing strategies.
• Experience designing or improving recruiting processes and SOPs.
