What we're looking for:

• Strong sourcing, headhunting, screening, and candidate engagement abilities
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialised clinical roles
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work till 4:30 AM IST (EST Timings) Mon- Sat
