What you'll be doing
- Launch and scale paid user acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin, and others)
- Manage advertising budgets of $300k+ per month with a focus on ROI and LTV
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and strategies to optimize the acquisition funnel
- Analyze key metrics (CPI, CR, LTV, ROAS) and build scaling forecasts
- Work with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and others)
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to achieve business goals
- Test new channels and hypotheses to find growth opportunities
- 3-5+ years of experience in UA
- Experience managing budgets of $300k+ per month
- Proven track record with mobile traffic (iOS, Android) + Web2App
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (and other social platforms), AppLovin (and similar ad networks)
- Experience working with subscription-based app models
