User Experience Designer

Role Description This full-time User Experience Designer role at Desent Solutions GmbH is a hybrid position based in Kuta Untara, with flexibility for some work from home. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience across digital products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research and usability testing, creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers. The role also involves developing and refining visual design concepts, maintaining design systems and guidelines, and iterating on solutions based on data, feedback, and business goals. The User Experience Designer will participate in cross-functional workshops, present design decisions to stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall product experience.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design, including information architecture, interaction design, and creating user-centered solutions.
• Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies to define problems, ideate solutions, and validate concepts with users.
• Proficiency in User Research, including planning and conducting interviews, surveys, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated capability in Visual Design and Prototyping, using modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to create high-quality interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate design rationale clearly, and incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality.
• Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments, with an understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and consistency across designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Kuta Untara, managing onsite collaboration and remote work efficiently.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and shipped digital products or prototypes.
