About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Designer / UX-UI Designer to support a US-based startup building an innovative, AI-powered B2B SaaS platform for the travel industry.

The platform is designed for tour operators and Destination Management Companies (DMCs), helping them streamline complex operations, from managing travel inquiries and supplier information to pricing, itinerary proposals, and bookings.

We are looking for a designer who can transform complex workflows into intuitive, efficient, and visually compelling digital experiences.

This is a short-term, remote opportunity for someone who can quickly understand an existing product, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver high-quality design solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing product interfaces and identify UX/UI improvement opportunities.
• Design intuitive user flows, interfaces, and interactions for a B2B SaaS application.
• Simplify complex workflows and information-heavy screens.
• Translate product requirements into clear, functional, and visually consistent designs.
• Collaborate closely with product stakeholders and developers.
• Deliver practical, implementation-ready design solutions within a short timeframe.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, particularly with B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real SaaS projects and individual design contributions.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing complex web applications, dashboards, or workflow-based products.
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent UI design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of responsive design, reusable UI components, and developer handoff processes.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver within tight timelines.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability to start on short notice.
• Must be currently based in Latin America.

• Experience working with early-stage startups.
• Experience improving or redesigning existing SaaS products.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience with travel technology, operational platforms, or other complex B2B products.

• Location: 100% Remote — LATAM-based candidates only.
• Contract Type: Short-term freelance contract.
• Schedule: Flexible, with working hours to be agreed upon.

• Compensation: Hourly contract.
