User Experience (UX) Designer

UX Designer Requirements A natural desire and ability to empathize and engage with users: their wants, needs and perceptions Experience building intuitive information architectures and sites that guide users down carefully crafted user flows Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methods A portfolio with examples that show innovative ways to solve user problems A strong desire to create innovative, human-centered digital experiences that are intuitive and engaging An ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with as few buzzwords as possible An appreciation of the importance of the written word in interface design A Bachelor's Degree in HCI, UX Design, Marketing, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or Computer Science Things that will set you apart (aka Bonus Skills) Proficiency in Figma and UserTesting Experience leading the development of UXO strategies that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion across digital platforms Experience with VWO, Optimizely, or comparable A/B Testing platforms Familiarity with front-end development best practices, languages and frameworks including HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, etc. Nebo's Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion As a human-centered agency, we believe in uplifting our community and advancing society through inclusive business practices.
