- You have a degree or experience in UX design or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and problem-solving. Functional, interactive prototypes are especially valued
- You're comfortable using (or enthusiastic about learning) AI-assisted development tools to create working interfaces and are willing to continuously explore new tools and workflows
- You can work with domain expert stakeholders, understand complex technical requirements, and translate them into intuitive user experiences
- You enjoy solving complex interaction design problems and creating intuitive, efficient interfaces for professional applications and demanding users
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus points:
- Knowledge of television, stage, film, or news production
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar software
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or Git
