UX Designer | Dutch Speaking

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 8-10 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who can work on UX design activities in Dutch and confidently communicate with stakeholders across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create user-centric and intuitive digital experiences.
• Conduct User Research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Translate user and business needs into effective UX solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.
• Present UX concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate UX discussions/workshops in Dutch.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in UX Design.
• Strong experience in User Research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Dutch – written and spoken.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
• User-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
