We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead to drive the design and delivery of modern, user-centric experiences across a portfolio of strategic compliance and risk platforms. This is a high-profile contract opportunity based in Zurich, working at the intersection of UX, AI, big data, and enterprise transformation.

You'll play a pivotal role in simplifying complex compliance workflows, creating intuitive dashboards, and embedding AI-powered capabilities that help thousands of users work more effectively and make better decisions.

The Opportunity

As the UX/UI Lead, you will take ownership of the UI/UX roadmap across multiple strategic platforms, helping shape the future user experience for complex compliance and operational workflows.

Working alongside Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, and Business stakeholders, you'll lead the delivery of intuitive, scalable, and AI-enhanced experiences that drive adoption, productivity, and measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role rather than a line management position, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI delivery across multiple enterprise platforms and products
• Define and manage the UX roadmap across workstreams and releases
• Drive projects from discovery through to production deployment
• Create intuitive user journeys across complex compliance and operational workflows
• Design modern dashboards, workflows, and data-driven experiences
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams
• Champion user-centred design principles throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with AI teams to deliver intelligent experiences including recommendations, navigation, search, and productivity tools
• Ensure AI-enabled features are practical, explainable, and aligned to real business needs
• Influence senior stakeholders and help establish UX best practices across the organisation

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience leading UX/UI delivery within enterprise environments
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Strong experience working within Agile product organisations
• Expertise designing complex workflow, case management, or operational platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams
• Strong hands-on capability with modern design tools such as Figma
• Understanding of AI-assisted user experiences and intelligent workflow design

Highly Desirable

• Experience within Financial Services, Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, Investigations, or Governance environments
• Service Design expertise
• Experience working with AI tools and technologies (e.g. Claude and similar GenAI platforms)
• Experience designing data-heavy applications, analytics products, or dashboard-based platforms
