Job Description:

Join Job Duck as a Bilingual Social Media Assistant and play a key role in bringing ideas to life through engaging digital content and strategic outreach. In this position, you will support leadership by creating impactful social media assets, editing compelling video content, and expanding brand visibility through podcast partnerships and guest appearances. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and organized professional who enjoys balancing content production with relationship building and coordination. • Monthly Compensation range: 1250 USD to 1320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and manage the social media content calendar

• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and communications

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to transform ideas into polished content

• Prepare reports and recommendations based on analytics

• Monitor engagement metrics and content performance

• Coordinate podcast guest appearances, scheduling, and preparation materials

• Conduct outreach to podcast hosts and producers and manage follow-up communications

• Research podcast opportunities aligned with company objectives

• Design graphics for social media posts, carousels, promotional campaigns, and other branded materials

• Edit short-form and long-form video content including reels, clips, interviews, and podcast excerpts

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

• Maintain organized files, creative assets, outreach records, and project trackers

• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms

Requirements:

• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written communication skills with a professional outreach style

• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership

• 2-3 years of experience creating content tailored to multiple social media platforms

• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and identify performance trends

• Software: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Social media scheduling tools, Google Workspace or similar productivity platforms
