Influencer & Athlete Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with influencers and athletes, including scheduling, deliverable tracking, and travel logistics
- Prepare contract renewal requests and payment/invoice documentation for review and approval by the Operations Specialist, Legal, and Finance
- Maintain the influencer and athlete directory and track all posts/deliverables in the team's reporting platform(s)
- Support fulfillment and gifting (athlete gifts, giveaway/sweepstakes prizes, guest loyalty items) as directed
Customer Service & Community Support

- Monitor guest sentiment and flag trending issues to management during high-volume periods
Reporting & Request Intake
- Support monthly and campaign-level social reporting compiled by the Operations Specialist; tag campaigns and content in the reporting tool
- Maintain destination content-request intake forms and route incoming requests per the prioritization process the Operations Specialist owns
