Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in Malmö, with a combination of on-site work and some tasks that can be carried out from home. As a security guard, licensed ordningsvakt, or civilian store guard, you will monitor premises, prevent incidents, and ensure a safe environment for customers, staff, and the public. Daily responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, observing and reporting security risks, managing access control, and responding calmly and professionally to disturbances or emergencies. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, clients, and when needed authorities, follow established security procedures, and contribute to high-quality service and a professional customer experience. Accurate documentation, incident reporting, and adherence to legal and company guidelines are central parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security, guarding, or similar roles, preferably as a security guard, ordningsvakt, or store guard.
• Relevant licenses and certifications required for security work in Sweden (such as ordningsvakt authorization and security guard training).
• Strong situational awareness, risk assessment abilities, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish; additional language skills in English or other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle conflicts professionally, and act with integrity and discretion.
• Good physical fitness and readiness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and a structured approach to documentation and incident reporting.
• Comfortable working both independently and in teams, with a strong focus on service and customer experience.
• Clean background check and compliance with all legal requirements for security personnel.
