You will focus on sourcing and evaluating China-based and cross-border startups building for global markets. This is a hands-on role centered on founder outreach, first calls, and early investment judgment. Responsibilities Source early-stage startups in China and Greater China with global or cross-border ambitions Proactively reach out to founders via WeChat, email, LinkedIn, and warm intros Own first-touch founder conversations and run intro calls independently Screen companies on market size, global relevance, product quality, traction, and team Support deal evaluation through research, comparable analysis, and short investment memos Track pipeline, notes, and follow-ups in a structured and reliable way Requirements Based in Shenzhen with deep familiarity with the China startup ecosystem Fluent Mandarin and strong English. Able to evaluate companies targeting global markets Comfortable talking to founders and asking direct, thoughtful questions Strong judgment, high curiosity, and bias for action Able to form an independent view and clearly explain why a deal is interesting or not Nice to have Experience with cross-border business, overseas expansion, or global GTM Background in startups, venture, PE, IB, consulting, or strategy Existing network among Chinese founders building for the US, Europe, or SEA 风险投资实习生 你将专注于发掘和评估中国及跨境创业公司，尤其是面向海外和全球市场的项目。本岗位以创始人外联、一线沟通和早期投资判断为核心，偏执行、强实战。 职责 主动挖掘中国及大中华区的早期创业公司，重点关注跨境或全球化方向 通过微信、邮件、LinkedIn、活动及熟人介绍等方式与创始人建立联系 独立完成与创始人的首次沟通和电话会议，并输出清晰的会议纪要 从市场空间、产品、商业模式、增长情况和团队等维度进行初步筛选 支持项目尽调，包括行业研究、可比公司分析和简要投资备忘录撰写 维护和更新项目管道，确保信息结构化、可追踪 要求 常驻深圳，熟悉中国创业和科技生态 普通话流利，英文能力强，能评估面向海外市场的公司 善于与创始人沟通，敢问关键问题，不回避难点 具备强执行力和主人翁意识，能主动推进事情 有独立判断能力，能清楚表达为什么看好或不看好一个项目 加分项 有跨境业务、出海或海外市场相关经验 有创业公司、VC、PE、投行或咨询背景 在中国出海或全球化创业者中有一定人脉 这个岗位非常适合希望深入了解“中国走向全球”的早期投资逻辑，并真正参与项目筛选和判断的人。
