Information about the position As our new Vendor Risk Manager, you’ll act as a central point of contact for partners providing Customer Support services to the Vinted Community. Your goal will be to manage vendor-related operational, risk and compliance activities across a broad scope, ensuring smooth vendor operations, effective risk mitigation, continuous process improvement and strong cross-functional alignment. You’ll report to the Vendor Management Unit Director and work closely with Vendor Managers and the wider Operations Support team within the Community Support department. You’ll also collaborate regularly with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, Procurement, Product and other teams. In this position, you’ll Be responsible for vendor-related operational, risk and compliance activities , including risk assessments, process alignment, contract management and ongoing monitoring. Create strategies, processes and tools to ensure vendor services are efficient, compliant and high quality Act as the main point of contact for vendor teams across the vendor lifecycle, including contract management, onboarding and integration, invoice processing, risk and audit-related performance monitoring, live on-site auditing during business visits and offboarding Coordinate collaboration with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, Procurement, Product, Community Support, Privacy, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional tasks and continuous vendor operations Lead the Vendor Operations Support team in creating, improving, and automating internal processes, including access management, periodic audits, process creation and documentation, invoicing and vendor security compliance Handle vendor-related incidents, such as data leaks, malicious actions, escalations and communication issues, ensuring timely investigation, stakeholder communication and follow-up actions Ensure vendor business continuity documentation is in place. Define, maintain, and regularly monitor business continuity, contingency, and disaster recovery plans Establish and maintain successful, productive relationships with outsourced partners About you Strong experience managing a broad scope of responsibilities across vendor operations, risk, compliance, processes and cross-functional stakeholder management Relevant experience across Vendor Management, Risk Management, Internal or External Audit, Business Continuity, Operations, Risk or Compliance Coordination, or Business Consulting Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide team members, coordinate work across multiple areas and ensure consistent execution of recurring and strategic activities Able to manage complex priorities, lead process improvements, and drive alignment across teams in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills, including strong written and spoken English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and make quick, informed decisions Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes Advantage: Good BPO industry knowledge Advantage: Leadership experience in customer service operations Work perks The opportunity to benefit from our share options programme 25 working days of holiday Access to all the tools & tech needed for work Home office support: we provide IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furniture Private health insurance Confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family Frequent team-building events A personal monthly budget for shopping on Vinted A dog-friendly office In Vilnius office: gym & in-house meals at friendly prices In Kaunas office: a monthly lunch allowance, and a once-a-week provided in-house lunch and breakfast Working at Vinted Workation policy Better balance holidays with workdays by working remotely!
