Information about the position As our new Vendor Risk Manager, you’ll act as a central point of contact for partners providing Customer Support services to the Vinted Community. Your goal will be to manage vendor-related operational, risk and compliance activities across a broad scope, ensuring smooth vendor operations, effective risk mitigation, continuous process improvement and strong cross-functional alignment. You’ll report to the Vendor Management Unit Director and work closely with Vendor Managers and the wider Operations Support team within the Community Support department. You’ll also collaborate regularly with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, Procurement, Product and other teams. In this position, you’ll Be responsible for vendor-related operational, risk and compliance activities , including risk assessments, process alignment, contract management and ongoing monitoring. Create strategies, processes and tools to ensure vendor services are efficient, compliant and high quality Act as the main point of contact for vendor teams across the vendor lifecycle, including contract management, onboarding and integration, invoice processing, risk and audit-related performance monitoring, live on-site auditing during business visits and offboarding Coordinate collaboration with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, Procurement, Product, Community Support, Privacy, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional tasks and continuous vendor operations Lead the Vendor Operations Support team in creating, improving, and automating internal processes, including access management, periodic audits, process creation and documentation, invoicing and vendor security compliance Handle vendor-related incidents, such as data leaks, malicious actions, escalations and communication issues, ensuring timely investigation, stakeholder communication and follow-up actions Ensure vendor business continuity documentation is in place.
