About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Risk Program Coordinator to join the Tailored Brands Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team. The Vendor Risk Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of the company’s vendor risk management program, helping ensure third-party relationships are onboarded, assessed, monitored, and documented in a consistent, timely, and audit-ready manner. The role partners closely with Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to facilitate vendor due diligence, maintain accurate vendor risk records, track remediation activities, and support ongoing program reporting and oversight. To be successful in this role, you will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of procurement and third-party risk processes, and the ability to leverage systems, data, and process discipline to enhance vendor oversight and mitigate enterprise risk. This is a remote, Houston-based position . While you will primarily work from home, occasional onsite meetings and team events are required at our Houston corporate office. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities • Coordinate vendor onboarding and due diligence activities, including intake review, documentation collection, risk questionnaire routing, stakeholder follow-up, and completion tracking. • Maintain accurate vendor records, risk tiers, assessment status, approval evidence, contract documentation, and supporting artifacts in Coupa and related systems. • Partner with cross-functional teams including Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business owners to coordinate handoffs, clarify responsibilities, resolve process questions, and ensure vendor reviews are completed in accordance with company policies and process requirements. • Manually transfer supplier and assessment information between internal platforms and related data sources while ensuring accuracy, completeness, quality, and traceability. • Track open vendor risk findings, exceptions, remediation plans, and follow-up actions to ensure timely closure and clear accountability. • Support periodic vendor reviews and ongoing monitoring activities based on vendor criticality, risk profile, spend, data access, and service dependency. • Prepare vendor risk reporting, dashboards, metrics, and status updates for Procurement leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and governance forums. • Assist with contract and renewal reviews by identifying required risk-related documentation, approvals, security/privacy inputs, and process gaps. • Serve as a central point of coordination for vendor risk program questions, process guidance, and vendor communications related to assessments and documentation requests. • Identify opportunities to improve vendor risk workflows, templates, reporting, and stakeholder experience while supporting consistent adherence to controls. • Promote ethical practices, compliance with procurement policies, and a strong culture of accountability across the vendor lifecycle. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, third-party risk, information security coordination, compliance, contract administration, or related business operations. • Foundational understanding of vendor lifecycle management, supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, contract documentation, and ongoing monitoring processes. • Ability to coordinate cross-functional work with stakeholders in Procurement, IT, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business operations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage intake queues, deadlines, documentation requirements, follow-ups, and multiple priorities with attention to detail. • Experience maintaining accurate records in procurement, vendor management, contract lifecycle management, GRC, or third-party risk platforms; Coupa experience is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate process requirements into clear guidance for internal stakeholders and vendors. • Analytical mindset with experience preparing reports, tracking metrics, identifying trends, and escalating risks or process gaps appropriately. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint. • High ethical standards, sound judgment, ownership mindset, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach. • Knowledge of information security, privacy, business continuity, resiliency, or regulatory risk concepts is a plus. • Professional certifications, such as CTPRP, CTPRA, CPSM, CISA, CRISC, or related credentials, are preferred. • Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $90,896. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
