You’ll prototype new ideas quickly, experiment fearlessly, and bring a hacker’s mindset to enhancing human creativity and productivity. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain internal tools, automations, and AI integrations that empower teams and improve workflows. Prototype new AI utilities and productivity features that let humans focus on human things — creativity, strategy, and collaboration. Partner with cross-functional teams to discover pain points, design AI-driven solutions, and measure their impact. Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks , pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with vibe coding platforms and AI coding assistants. Translate ambiguous problems into tangible prototypes , testing and iterating quickly to validate ideas. Contribute to a culture of playful innovation , helping make technology feel approachable, inspiring, and even a little magical.
