Vice President – Compliance

Role Description The Vice President – Compliance role at Zt Club is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing and strengthening the club’s compliance framework. The person in this role monitors adherence to relevant regulations, internal policies, and financial practices, ensuring that activities and events are conducted in a transparent and compliant manner. Day-to-day tasks include assessing compliance risks, reviewing operational procedures, coordinating with finance and leadership teams, and recommending improvements to controls and reporting. The role also involves developing and updating compliance guidelines, preparing documentation, and supporting training and awareness initiatives for staff and partners. This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align compliance efforts with Zt Club’s strategic and community-focused goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Compliance Management skills, including policy development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Candidates should possess Regulatory Compliance knowledge related to sports clubs, events, and financial operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess risk, interpret data, and propose effective compliance solutions.
• Candidates should possess experience in Finance and Financial Services, including understanding of budgeting, transactions, and financial controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a compliance or risk management leadership role, ideally within sports, clubs, or service organizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical standards and fair practices.
