This role will focus on creating engaging video content for our social media channels, transforming raw footage into compelling stories that inspire students to pursue international education. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (15-60 seconds) Create longer-form content for YouTube and educational webinars (5-15 minutes) Edit promotional videos for educational programs and university partnerships Add graphics, text overlays, captions, and animations to enhance video content Ensure brand consistency across all video content Optimize videos for different social media platform specifications Collaborate with content creators and marketing team on video concepts Maintain organized video libraries and project files Stay updated with current social media trends and video editing techniques Requirements Required Skills & Experience Experience in video editing Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects preferred) Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and visual effects Ability to work with various video formats and codecs Creative storytelling abilities Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience creating educational or promotional content Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Understanding of social media analytics and video performance metrics Experience with live streaming and webinar editing Basic graphic design skills Portfolio demonstrating social media video editing work Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Professional video editing setup with adequate processing power Access to stock footage and music libraries (we can provide subscriptions) Ability to handle 4K video editing Portfolio Requirements Please submit your application with: Resume/CV Portfolio or demo reel showcasing social media video editing work 2-3 examples of short-form content (TikTok/Instagram style) 1 example of longer-form educational content (if available) Benefits What We Offer Flexible working hours Remote work opportunity Creative freedom to develop engaging content Opportunity to impact international education access Professional development opportunities Access to premium editing software and resources
