Video Content Creator

This is a full-time remote role for our Marketing Division at Red Eagle Studios.

You'll create videos designed to bring awareness and capture people's attention regarding what we're building. You'll turn our games, updates, and other stuff into engaging videos for Short (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and Long (YouTube) content.

You'll work with Red Eagle's development team to figure out what's exciting to showcase and build videos around it. You'll capture, edit, and package the video into ready-to-post content.

Responsibilities

* Plan and run a content calendar for regular uploads

* Create a simple storyboard for complex content when necessary

* Record Minecraft Bedrock gameplay footage, cinematic shots, or cutscenes, then edit them into high-retention short/long videos

* Edit footage into complete videos with music, sound effects, and motion graphics

* Work with animators and developers to create cutscenes for marketing

* Follow trends across social media, especially around Minecraft

* Track results in a weekly report covering views, engagement, and follower growth, and use them to decide what to make next

Qualifications:

* Understand Minecraft Bedrock gameplay

* Able to edit quickly in CapCut, Premiere, or other software

* Ability to turn gameplay features into a fun and engaging video

* Understand what makes a short video work, like hooks, pacing, trends, captions, and on-screen text

* Experience in growing a social account, whether personal or professional

* Self-driven and consistent

* Passion for gaming and the Minecraft community

* Fluent in written English

Nice to have

* Deep knowledge of Minecraft creators and video styles

* Knowledge of Minecraft Bedrock Replay

* Knowledge of Mine-imator is a plus

* Ability to do voice-over
