Video Editor

Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor 🎬

We're a content production team shooting vlogs, reels and brand content for multiple clients, and we're expanding. I'm looking for a full-time editor to join us and own the post-production side of our client work.

The role:

You'll edit short-form and long-form content from raw footage to final delivery, working directly with me on quality control and feedback. You'll manage your own queue across several clients, hit posting deadlines, and help us build faster, smarter editing workflows using AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Edit reels, vlogs and YouTube-style content for multiple clients

• Deliver on fixed posting schedules (some clients post twice a week)

• Maintain a consistent visual style per client: cuts, captions, sound, color

• Apply feedback fast and keep revisions low

• Organize projects, footage and exports so nothing gets lost

• Help test and adopt AI editing tools to speed up repetitive work

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience

• Strong portfolio of social-first content (reels, vlogs, talking-head)

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut

• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, sound design and captions

• Basic color correction and grading skills

• Dependable, organized and comfortable working to deadlines

• Bonus: experience with AI-assisted editing (Higgsfield, auto-cutting workflows)

What we offer:

• Full-time position with steady, varied client work

• Hands-on mentorship and regular feedback to sharpen your craft

• Real room to grow into a lead editor role as the team scales

• Salary: [add range]

• [Benefits: add here]
