Video Editor

Job Summary: As a Video Editor at VUZ, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual storytelling of our projects, from conception to final production. You will work closely with our creative team to edit and enhance video content. Responsibilities : Film and edit video footage to create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute visual storytelling strategies. Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality and impact. Manage and organize video files, assets, and project timelines to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Provide input and feedback during the pre-production and post-production phases to optimize content creation processes. Requirements : Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs. Solid understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics. Creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to transform raw footage into polished, visually appealing content. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus. Knowledge of 3D animation and visual effects techniques is a plus.
