As a result, we are investing heavily in content and video , and building an internal team (not just freelancers) that can support our brand and our clients at a high standard. What You’ll Do Edit 4K video content following clear briefs, brand guidelines, and examples Work primarily inside Adobe Premier for editing (After Effects is a plus, not required) Cut, trim, and structure raw footage into engaging, polished videos Add basic motion, transitions, lower thirds, and graphics when needed Prepare multiple versions of videos for different platforms (e.g., long-form + short clips (VEED)) Organize and manage project files so they’re easy to find and reuse Collaborate with our team via Zoom, chat, and shared folders Meet deadlines consistently and communicate early if something is blocking you Requirements What We’re Looking For Technical & Software Strong experience editing video (professional or high-level personal work) Comfortable working with 4K files on a regular basis Solid experience with Adobe Premier After Effects experience is a bonus, but not mandatory A capable computer for 4K editing (modern CPU, at least 16GB RAM , SSD strongly preferred) Reliable internet connection to U.S. servers , with speeds suitable for transferring large files Work Style You want a full-time role with one company , not juggling freelance clients You can commit to consistent hours each week and respect deadlines You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and are open to feedback You care about details: pacing, audio, flow, and visual consistency Minimum Technical Requirements Because we work with 4K files and U.S.-based servers, we require: Internet speed to a U.S. server of at least: 100+ Mbps download 30+ Mbps upload A machine that can comfortably handle 4K editing (we’ll verify specs in the process) Nice to Have Experience creating content for YouTube and social media (short-form clips, hooks, captions, etc.) Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention Experience collaborating with remote teams Benefits What You Get Stable, ongoing full-time work with one team Clear instructions and expectations for each project Opportunity to grow as we grow A role where your editing skills actually matter and are seen
