Our founder, Oler Oladele, is a recognized leader in personal finance, investment, and economic education. Job Description This is a remote position. Edit all Company video needs, including social media clips, ads, reels, and event highlights. Deliver a consistent output of videos weekly and monthly, in line with the Company’s content calendar. Deliver short-form videos (clips, reels) within 48–72 working hours . Follow the Company’s brand style guide , using approved intros, outros, fonts, colors, subtitles, and transitions. Deliver videos in all required formats and sizes . Create reel covers to support brand consistency. Manage and organize all raw footage , uploading and storing files on the agreed platforms (e.g., Google Drive) and ensuring proper backup. Receive and manage editing requests through approved communication channels. Upload and submit drafts via the approved file-sharing platforms for review. Carry out revisions promptly , providing reasonable iterations until the Company is satisfied. Remain available during agreed working days and respond to Company communication within 24 hours . Participate in weekly or monthly check-ins to review workflow, backlog, and upcoming priorities.
