What Youll Be Crafting Ideate and script 5 video ideas and create 1-2 short-form videos per day across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Shorts. Research and conceptualize creative, trend-relevant promotional content, particularly for the Chinese market. Manage end-to-end video production: sourcing raw footage, scripting/rephrasing copy, editing, subtitling, and final delivery. Ensure content is visually engaging and aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives. Stay updated on social media trends and promotional formats to ideate impactful, scroll-stopping videos. Collaborate with the Media Buyer team and stakeholders to align content direction with campaign needs. Utilize CapCut as the primary editing tool; explore AI tools to streamline content creation and editing workflow. Apply strong attention to detail, particularly in visual elements and promo copy, to minimize errors and uphold quality. Your Superpowers 1-3 years of experience in video editing, social media content creation, or a strong portfolio showcasing short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or paid social ads). Strong awareness of market trends and ability to create engaging video content. Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design. Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) must be able to localize content and captions for the target audience. Proficiency in CapCut; experience with tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a strong advantage. Familiarity with AI tools for video creation/editing and openness to exploring new creative technologies. Experience or interest in motion graphics, especially for GIF creation. Ability to develop storyboards, rephrase scripts, and produce content end-to-end with minimal supervision. Highly detail-oriented, especially when handling promo content, subtitles, and brand voice. Ability to manage high daily output and adapt to feedback constructively. Prior exposure to e-commerce, product-focused content, or digital marketing is a plus.
