About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor & Creative Fulfillment Specialist who is passionate about creating high-quality content and delivering exceptional work.

This role combines video editing, presentation design, and creative production. You'll work closely with our Fulfillment and Client Success teams to develop professional webinar presentations, edit engaging video content, and ensure client deliverables meet RECODemand's quality standards.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

• Edit professional video content for client webinars, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Enhance video quality through transitions, graphics, audio improvements, and visual effects.
• Edit and refine prerecorded webinar presentations.
• Maintain consistency with RECODemand's branding and quality standards.
• Complete revisions and deliver projects within established deadlines.

Presentation Design & Development

• Create visually engaging PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva presentations for clients.
• Customize webinar presentations to align with client branding, messaging, and target audiences.
• Improve existing presentations through strong visual design, layouts, and graphics.
• Ensure all presentation materials are professional, accurate, and ready for client delivery.

Fulfillment & Client Support

• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and other Fulfillment Team members to complete client projects.
• Support the preparation and delivery of webinar-related materials.
• Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve our creative processes and production workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic or presentation design.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating presentations using Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating webinar presentations or educational marketing content.
• Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or digital marketing industries.
• Experience working with AI-powered creative tools.
• Knowledge of Zoom, GoHighLevel, or other webinar platforms.
• Experience supporting client-facing creative projects.
• Spanish-language proficiency is an asset.
