Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Specialist. The Video Specialist will plan, produce, and edit video content that supports Sentrix’s AI-driven products, marketing campaigns, training materials, and client-facing communications. Responsibilities include filming and managing video shoots, capturing high-quality visuals, organizing and editing footage, adding motion graphics or basic visual effects, and optimizing content for various digital platforms and new media channels. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams to translate complex technology concepts into clear, engaging visual stories, while maintaining brand guidelines and consistent quality standards. The Video Specialist will also contribute to content strategy by proposing creative ideas, improving video workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Media Production, including planning, shooting, and delivering professional video content.
• Proficiency in Video Editing, using industry-standard editing software to create polished, engaging videos.
• Experience with Photography to capture high-quality stills that complement video and digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of New Media platforms and best practices for distributing and optimizing video content across digital channels.
• Ability to translate technical and AI-related concepts into clear visual narratives for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of lighting, sound, composition, and file management for video workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in technology, SaaS, or AI-focused organizations is an advantage.
• Degree or professional training in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
