Wayne Media Group is seeking a Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit video content for client accounts and internal marketing. You’ll manage pre-production, operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment, direct on-camera talent, and deliver videos for web, social media, and advertising. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, skilled in production and editing, and confident working directly with clients from shoot preparation through final delivery.
Who We Are
Wayne Media Group is a Brighton, Michigan-based digital marketing and creative services firm that operates on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles. We are consultants first, specializing in web design, paid advertising, videography, podcasting, and social media strategy. We don’t chase trends; we build brands that endure.
Our Leadership Creed
At Wayne Media, we lead by two pillars: Family over Business and Employees Come First. We believe the most important work happens at home, and when our team is supported, they show up stronger for our clients.
Our Core Values
Our Core Values are non-negotiable. We hire, fire, review, and reward against them:
- Extreme Ownership: Everyone leads. All leaders are responsible for what goes on within their department.
- Treat Others Well: Treat everyone how you’d want to be treated (Luke 6:31).
- Do What You Say: Trust is built through action, not just words.
- Be Open and Honest: We speak truthfully, listen openly, and build trust through clear, respectful communication.
- Adapt to Advance: We don’t resist change; we innovate through it.

- Shoot commercial, brand, testimonial, event, and social video for clients and for Wayne Media.

- Direct talent and client team members so they're comfortable and look their best on camera.
- Capture B-roll and behind-the-scenes content for social.
- Client Experience & Communication
- Make clients and talent feel relaxed, confident, and natural on camera. Coach delivery, posture, and energy without making them self-conscious.
- Set expectations before every shoot (schedule, what to wear, what to prep, run of show) so clients show up ready.
- Represent Wayne Media professionally on location and in the studio.
- Post-Production
- Edit long-form and short-form video, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and captions.
- Export and format final videos for each platform (web, social, ads).
- Make revisions from client and internal feedback and hit delivery deadlines.
- Asset Management
- Organize, back up, and archive footage and project files.
- Maintain and track all video gear and report anything that needs repair or replacement.
- Quality & Collaboration
- Make sure every video fits the brand and matches the client's goals.
- Work closely with the Social, Paid Ads, Web, Podcast and AO teams on shared content.
- Keep up with video trends, gear, and techniques and bring new ideas to the team
- Other Duties
